Booking & Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us within two hour.
• Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

Luggage Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for their own luggage.
• The transport authority will not be liable for any loss or damage to luggage during boarding or travel.

Prohibited Items

•  Carrying illegal goods is strictly prohibited.
• In case of violation, the owner of the goods will be held solely responsible.

• For any feedback, complaints, or suggestions regarding your journey, please contact our office at the phone number provided.
• We strive to ensure safe, comfortable travel with skilled drivers and well-maintained vehicles.

 Additional Charges

• For extra time beyond the agreed booking period, an additional fee of 300 Taka per hour will apply.
• If travel extends past midnight, a full-day rental charge for the next day will be applicable.
